Swarm集群endpoint_mode提供2种访问模式

• VIP(默认) ，集群里服务通过port映射被外部访问
• dnsrr（dns轮循），不能被外部访问，只能被内部服务访问，通过容器services.name循环（可启动多个ping测试）
